project 52 | week 8 | denver lifestyle photographer

This week’s theme: books.
I was really at a loss and then it came to me in a flash-what kind of books do I have the most of? Photography, of course. I started my journey in 2000 with a film camera, and I didn’t even own a computer. I took a local class at the community college. And in the years since I have been primarily self taught. Some of the books I bought in the beginning seem so out of date now! And so many of them have stickies, dog eared pages, like the ones I used to teach myself photoshop. It was interesting to look at them all together. These days it’s a lot of e-books and workshops in a book, stuff like that. I think the main thing is to never stop learning. There’s always room to grow.

Head on over to check out the next photog, Southeast Wyoming newborn, child, senior and family photographer, Kate!

Oh my gosh, me too! I think this is particularly funny to the rest of us, because I bet most of us can relate. Now, I want to know – which one a MUST read.

Lisa thank you for posting this. There is a great article over at The Creative Mama about never feeling “done” when it comes to learning. I completely agree!!!
